Hosho:

A [[PK]] room in [[Buya]]'s [[arena]], popular among many as a sparring ground, or general hang out spot.

Buya Arena can be found at ((0127,0074)), and from there, Sire Pit can be found at ((0019,0003)).

"Player Kill."

Certain areas in nexus are PK enabled. This means people are able to kill oneanother in these areas. In other games this is sometimes called PVP (Player vs player). Popular PK areas include [[vale]] and [[sire pit]].

Death in a PK area, regardless of whether or not you were killed by another person, will not damage your [[items]] or [[experience]]. Only your ego.

Death pile

Hosho:

When a person dies outside of [[pk]] in Nexus, their character becomes a [[ghost]]. When this happens, a small number of [[items]] from their [[inventory]] are dropped on the floor beneath them. This is called a Death pile. A Death pile will remain protected for a short while after it is dropped, preventing anyone else from stealing the items. Only people who are currently [[grouped]] with the dead person, AND were [[grouped]] at the moment when the person died are able to pick up the deathpile.

An [[incremental fury]] learned by [[Baekho]]'s.

3. Cunning.
Often used as a unit of measurement by [[Baekho]]'s to determine the rate of [[experience]] they are able to gather. [[Baekho's Cunning]] lasts 918 seconds. (15 minutes and 18 seconds). Ie: "I can turn 700mil/cun in anch2." Meaning this baekho is able to gather 700 million [[experience]] points in one cunning. One cunning lasts exactly as long as one [[Rage]].

The Dog Linguist Quest is one of the first you are able to do. It requires Cat [[karma]] or above, and Level 15 or over. This quest is a prerequisite for the Poet's [[Restore quest]]. The Dogs you talk to in the quest are also able to teach [[Dog Spells]], although you do NOT need to be a Dog Linguist to learn these.

The quest involves walking back and forth between [[Kugnae]] and [[Buya]], searching for dogs, and repeating the sounds they make when you talk to them. The first Dog can be found in [[Kugnae]], behind the inns. (0060,0145) Most of the time he is hidden behind the wall of the inn, but if you speak to him, he will respond. Say "Hello." to this dog, two times. He will respond with "Bark!". Then, say "Bark!" back to the dog two times. This is the [[Mage dog]].

The second dog is in [[Buya]], near Fox Cave. (0130,0140) Say "Bark!" to this dog twice. It will respond with "Woof!". Now say "Woof!" back at the dog. This is the [[Rogue dog]].
