Death pile

When a person dies outside of [[PK]] in Nexus, their character becomes a [[ghost]]. When this happens, a small number of [[items]] from their [[inventory]] are dropped on the floor beneath them. This is called a Death pile. A Death pile will remain protected for a short while after it is dropped, preventing anyone else from stealing the items. Only people who are currently [[grouped]] with the dead person, AND were [[grouped]] at the moment when the person died are able to pick up the deathpile.

I've been around for quite a long time. My first character -- born around [[Yuri]] 37 -- was a [[Mage|mage]] who didn't really go anywhere. He might have been purged or deleted, I'm not quite sure. Since then, however, I've managed to get experience with each of the other paths (and a few player-run subpaths). To date, [[Mage|mage]] is the only path with which I have been unsuccessful in reaching the 99th [[Insight|insight]].

The Diviners, in a word, are seers. Diviners can look into the future and see what it holds. They believe in being peaceful, and avoiding wars, maintaining the balance of the universe through the Yin, Yang, and the Tao.
Most Diviners seek to help the community through deeds that include asking the Gods of NexusTK what karma level a certain person is, an act known as reading karma and conducting [[I-Ching readings]], an act only possible if you a Diviner [[guide]].

Diviners believe in a certain passive force known as [[Karma]].

2. The guildmaster will order you to slay 2 Slime ogres or 2 Muck ogres. They can be found in the top right cave of Hamgyong Nam Do. Make sure they are the last creatures you slay before returning.

3. Report back to your guildmaster to advance. Click on him again -- 'Rogue's Star 2' should now be available. For this step you must sacrifice 2 [[Items:Whisper bracelet|Whisper bracelets]]. Make sure they are at 100% durability and not equipped.

4. Next, click 'Rogue's Star 3'. You will be asked for a [[Items:Steelthorn|Steelthorn]]. Make sure this is at 100% durability as well.
