Cazell is an event character villain.


Character Biography

Cazell is a mysterious figure known to be the leader of Pirates and Ogre Alliance in attempts to gain knowledge of the Staff of Elements forging. After he succeeded in forging his own, he broke the machine Thane uses to forge the legendary staff and vanished from the lands of Nexus.
